Graduated at Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). Beatriz has already attended a post-graduation course in Civil Procedure at UERJ Center of Studies and Research in Legal Education (CEPED UERJ).
She is currently attending a post-graduation course in Commercial Law at PUC-Minas and an extension course in Commercial Arbitration at the Bar Association’s Superior School for Attorneys (ESA – OAB/RJ).
She has vast experience in strategic civil litigation. Previously, she has also rendered legal assistance to several private pension entities.
In the last 4 years, she was part of Bocater Advogados, in the litigation area, with expertise in private pension.
