Graduated from PUC-RJ and holder of a Master’s Degree in Civil Law from USP Law Faculty. She has vast experience in litigation, having worked in several judicial and arbitral disputes of high complexity, besides from consulting projects and researches within contract law.
During her graduation course, she studied for a year in Navarra Public University, in Spain, as an exchange student, with focus on civil and international law.
In the last two years, she took part in TozziniFreire Advogados, in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, in the litigation department, working in strategic cases (both judicial and arbitration). Before that, she had worked for nine years in Sergio Bermudes Advogados.
Coauthor of an article about legal guarantees within judicial recovery and bankruptcy, published in the book called “Direito Empresarial – Estudos em Homenagem à Maria Salgado”, organized by TMA Brasil.
Effective member of the Special Committee of Insurance and Reinsurance Law of OAB/SP, during the 2022/2024 biennium.
