Leticia holds a Bachelor of Laws from Estácio de Sá University (UNESA), a postgraduate degree in Public and Private Law from EMERJ, and is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-RJ). She is certified by IBMEC in the extension course on ESG and Corporate Governance. She has extensive experience in strategic litigation, focusing on the areas of civil liability, administrative law, contracts, and infrastructure.
