Co-founding partner of Raphael Miranda Advogados, with large experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation in a broad range of areas, including insurance and reinsurance, health care, mining, oil & gas and energy .

Appointed by The Legal 500 (2018/2019) as recommended lawyer in insurance area and by Leaders League (2017/2019) as a prominent lawyer in civil and commercial litigation.

Holder of Postgraduate degree in Civil Law from PUC-Rio (2010) and Extension Postgraduate Course in Insurance and Reinsurance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV Rio (2014).

MBA degree in Insurance and Reinsurance at Escola Nacional de Seguros – FUNENSEG.

Also holder of short courses Certificates issued by King´s College London in Negotiation and International Commercial Law (2014).

Co-coordinator of the Insurance Law Program at the IDS America Latina.

Panelist on the XI and XII Brazilian Congress of Insurance and Previdenciary Law, organized by AIDA BRASIL, on panels related to the Brazilian Insurance Law Project (PL 3.555/2004).
